My Empowering Miracle: One Year Later

One year ago, my entire life transformed. My grandmother revealed to me something she told me months prior: that miracles and wonders would be on their way. It may have come in an unexpected fashion, but My Empowering Miracle was revealed to me.

I always wanted to love myself, but I didn't feel I could ever feel that happiness and joy. Call it unworthiness, call it limited beliefs/old programming, call it the story that my family, for many generations, kept telling themselves, that I, in some way, felt was mine to carry.

I was always an emotional guy. But, I was afraid to truly be with my pain. I was afraid of expressing my emotions, especially to women. I was afraid of feeling my own feelings. And yes, I was afraid of being vulnerable. Petrified. A lot of this was unconscious, but was being brought up to the surface so that I could finally move on.

Over the past year, Babcia has blessed me with incredible angels on my path, whether it be personally or professionally, whether it be with someone whom I only had one conversation with or someone who became a dear friend and member of my soul family (once again). I cannot express enough the unconditional love, gratitude, and humility that I feel for all of you on my path, especially those who came into the equation from one year ago today to this very present moment.

I have experienced many blessings and life lessons along the way, regarding faith, trust, health, finances, family, worthiness, guilt, judgment, shame, abandonment, etc. This ogre had many layers, just like we all do. Whatever no longer served me, I had to let go. Before I would let the Universe do that for me. Now, I am choosing to do more of that myself, in co-creation with the Universe.

I was given the opportunity to reaffirm the perfect health that I always had, the love that I always was. There were illusions that came into the equation, which I could have easily bought in one way or another. From November onward, through daily spiritual practice, I instead chose to affirm that I am love, that I am the Universe, that I am perfect, whole, healthy, and complete. Babcia knew exactly what she was doing when she placed mirrors of that on my path: Robert Tremblay, James John Malaniak, Ken Jablonski, among many others.

My grandmother provided me with divine guidance one year ago, divine guidance that may be the biggest sign of faith and trust I may ever experience and feel in this lifetime. From that point on, based on what she told me, I had an inner knowing, one that has grown larger and larger, as I have chosen to take the next steps forward on my path of service to humanity. With what I have seen and felt, and with a full faith and trust in God, the Divine, and my higher self, I could not and would not go back. My purpose here is that important. My heart is so full of love. I knew I was being prepped for something amazing, experiences of love, happiness, and joy, would begin. It was merely up to me to make a simple decision: that I was worthy of being part of those experiences, feeling that love, happiness, and joy.

Many of you who have known me for a while know my soul's connection to Dr. Wayne Dyer. I was blessed to interview Serena Dyer and Skype Dyer on Soul Luminous Radio during the early years of my spiritual awakening. I felt a profound connection to his message, knowing in some way the work that I was meant to do was along the same scope and that I was placed here to help, heal, inspire, and serve countless souls, in a similar, yet different fashion to Wayne. I had seen me meeting Wayne at one point in time in this lifetime, in the physical realm. Unfortunately, that would not come to pass, as he transitioned last summer.

But, something quite beautiful happened when I was in Toronto, Ontario, Canada for the Hay House I Can Do It event at the Roy Thompson Hall, more of which I share in my new #HangoutsOnAir. I knew within me that this weekend was going to be transformative, but at the same time, I went into this weekend, for the first time in my entire life, truly detaching myself of all end results and outcomes of everything.

I had the pleasure of meeting Saje Dyer, one of Wayne's other beautiful and talented daughters. I had the opportunity to share with her a little bit about me, but more importantly to personally thank her and her entire family for the kind and loving man and the beautiful soul that was and will forever be her father, as well as to thank them for the work they continue to do for humanity. Saje asked me a question during the course of the conversation, and in that series of present moments, it felt like Wayne's presence was truly there. I was being given an opportunity to reaffirm not only how far that I've come, but also the direction that I am now choosing to walk in every day. Could I have chosen to look back and go that way? Yes. But, when one has walked the path that he/she has walked, your soul knows better than the collective ego.

So, just as I made that promise to Babcia one year ago today, that I've honored and believed in, I made a promise to Wayne in Toronto: that My Empowering Miracle is being written and is being shared with the world (and will be more so in divine timing), that I will utilize my journey not to replay the old, not to stay in a loop, but to help, heal, inspire, and serve others around the world who have gone through similar situations, so they know that through faith and hope that you can heal anything in your life, that I may be used as a vessel of service to humanity wherever I am called, and that I choose to remind myself daily of the love that I am, that the only two things I choose to have flow within me is love and forgiveness.

One year ago, the Universe gave me a clear sign: It told me "John: You can finally love and forgive yourself." For that, I am eternally grateful. And I know I will not let the Universe down. All I have to do is be myself, be love, and let the Divine do the rest. Babcia: I thank you. For everything. I know you will continue to guide me as I continue to move forward and make wonderful strides in my life.

I know, that in divine timing, my wife, son, and the family I create will be revealed. I know California will be calling, just as it's begun to do so ever so subtly. For now, I rest in the perfection that I am. That right now, on June 3, 2016, that everything...is...perfect.

Keep a spot in heaven reserved for me. But, there's still work to do down here, much fun to experience, and much more love to be and feel.

With all the love I possess. I remain yours God.

Your humble and loving son,
John

Unwavering Faith

There has been quite a lot that has been unfolding in my life over these past several weeks. I have been doing my part to release the need to place a label on anything and to be in a full state of observance and allowance during this time, while simultaneously sending love to every part of my being, including my ego. It's true: Sometimes loving yourself unconditionally can seem like a full-time job in itself. The "practice" may seem like work at times. It's worth it though. You are worth it. It is very important to give yourself that tenderness.

For many of us, the energies of March have seemed intense, beautiful, and a little bit of everything in between. No matter where you are on your own journey in this moment, it may even seem like your faith is being put into question. On the surface, it could look like God is throwing not only the kitchen sink at you right now, but also the microwave, the dishes, and pretty much everything else you could possibly find in your kitchen. It may look like you are being "tested" in several different ways: personally, professionally, financially, physically, and even spiritually.

I recently had a dear friend of mine who was navigating her own experience during Eclipse Season. She asked me a question that I really had to let sink in for a bit. Normally, after years of conditioning, my response to someone's question before he/she completed their sentence. As I have humbly been learning the art of active listening, I not only wanted to respect her energies, as well as my own, but also let my soul process this deep question: "What is the key to your unwavering faith?"

Had I penned this blog one year ago or even just a few months ago, my reply from a space of victim consciousness. It would have come across like I was rattling off all the things that happened "to me" and how I "overcame" each and every one. Coming clean: I was addicted to drama...and I didn't even know it. I am very glad that I was willing to make a shift in this limited belief, which was a outdated multi-generational mindset.

You see: It's very easy to see yourself as your "story." But, when you get to a point in your spiritual awakening that you realize you are not your "story," that you are not your thoughts, your words, your actions, your acquisitions, your achievements, your titles, the money you have, your following on social media, and a laundry list of other things your ego wants you to think you are, your life as you know it changes...it takes on a new meaning. As Wayne Dyer says so beautifully: "If you change the way you look at things, the things you see change." The way you look at faith can transform. My perspective did.

So, I asked myself that very question: "John, what is the key to your unwavering faith?"

Nearly 10 months ago to the day where my empowering miracle was revealed, I found myself at the cemetery where my grandmother and grandfather were buried, right across the street where life-altering news was revealed to me. My soul knew right where to go. It always does. While holding onto their tombstone, I looked up to heaven, and surrendered everything. I felt the presence of my grandmother, maybe more than anytime when she was here in the physical realm. I heard the following words from Spirit: "Your life is not in danger. Your health is not at risk. You are going to have the greatest health in your life. Your finances will be taken care of. And your medical bills will be taken care of." That was divine guidance. Guidance that I could not question or overthink.

Now, there's a difference between saying you are going to surrender and being in the surrender itself. Over those 10 months, there have been dozens of times when things, on the surface, looked quite interesting. As Hay House's Mike Dooley refers to "the cursed hows." How would this be taken care of? How would that be taken care of. Sprinkle in the aforementioned victim consciousness and it's favorite word "Why?" Why this? What that? Why now?

I had known that my body and soul were merging together, after the profound soul growth I had experienced over the past five years. I had also begun to see glimpses of my future, including that of my family (my significant other and my son), living in California, international speaking and teaching, in addition to helping humanity around the world.

After seeing so much and after becoming more in tune with my own emotions, feelings, and vulnerability, along with those I came in contact with, I knew there was more to my life and for my life. It was simply a matter of trusting the process, knowing that I was fully guided and supported, and acknowledging the love that I was, am, and will forever be, that very same love that surrounds me at all times. It was a matter of trust.

You see, it all begins with positive words. But, without an emotion, a belief in those words, those are just words. When you have a passion in those words, then those very positive words transform to hope, the next component. When you believe in yourself enough, when you believe in the truth that you are destined for so much more, while knowing God and your angels have your back, that hope morphs into faith. Faith is powerful. One of the most poignant references from the Bible refers to being able to move mountains by having faith as small as a mustard seed.

It had taken me several years. I long since had the positive words, but just didn't believe in myself, in my own unconditional love. I found that by reconnecting with God, by turning inward to my inner child, and by uniting with the power of intention. The hope followed. Then, the faith. On June 3, 2015, I was provided an inner knowing from the divine.

Over the past year, I observed. I watched. I can admit, sometimes I threw myself off track. I got in my own way. I wanted to control. I began realizing those old default mechanisms wouldn't work anymore. I even learned that it's necessary to "surrender within the surrender." By releasing how I wanted things to happen, by letting go of my fear, one thing at a time managed to work itself out, many of those things even better than I expected.

Whether you are religious, spiritual, a combination of both, or neither, there's a common thread among each one of us, as we navigate our own path: Everything always works out. It always does. Maybe not the way you "drew it up." But, things always work out.

I could've included any/all of this in my response to my friend's question...and then some. However, one of the most amazing things that I have recently learned on my journey is that less really is more, a huge shift in what I had previously believed. That the answers you are seeking are indeed found in the sounds of silence. And that some things are best felt vs. said.

"John, what is the key to your unwavering faith?"

"I'm...still...here."

With all the love I possess, I remain yours God.

Your humble and loving son,
John

Unconditional Love

Love is the only thing that's real. Everything else is just an illusion.

Depending on where you are in your journey, you may believe completely, to a small extent, or not at all. And that's OK. We are all right where we need to be, utilizing the knowledge, the tools, the skills, and the awareness that we have right now in this very moment.

Know that in the blink of an eye your money could be gone. Your house. Your car. Your job. All of your possessions. Your titles. All stripped away from you. That may seem pretty scary on the surface. You may wonder that if all of those those things are gone, what does that leave you with? Who are you if you are not your "stuff?" Who am I if I am not my acquisitions, my achievements, or my accolades. I'll tell you what you are: Pure unconditional love.

The very same love that you were when you were born. The love that you are on this Leap Day. The love you will be in forthcoming present moments. And the love that you will be when you transition to heaven, getting ready to feel eternal life without physical form.

Love can be defined in many ways: A kiss between a husband and his wife. A child hugging his mom and dad after opening his/her Christmas presents. A high-five from one best friend to another. A smile between two strangers. Volunteering at your local food bank or Children's Hospital.

Many people can easily get confused in the name of love. Speaking from personal experience, I know this to be true, as this was one of the most beautiful lessons that I learned on my path.

Until the spring of 2014, I operated from a state of unconsciousness, believing in "conditional love." According to the PowerOfOneness.com, "conditional love comes from ego and generally focuses on someone or something. When we love someone conditionally, we tend to want them to look, act, and think in ways that fit out own paradigms and expectations. If they act the way we want them to, we express our approval; if they act contrary to our wishes, we without our expression of acceptance of them."

Translation: I love you...only if you love me and this way, this much, etc.

Unconditional love is the opposite. UrbanDictionary.com  defines unconditional love as "to love somebody with no conditions or circumstances, to love completely."

There is a reason I felt guided to pen this blog post by the very title of "Unconditional Love." If someone were to randomly ask me how I would define unconditional love, it would best be expressed in an interaction that I had last summer, one of the most profound soul exchanges of my entire life, if not many lifetimes. It was one that would forever alter the course of my spiritual awakening. One where I took back my life. One where I truly affirmed my perfect health. One where I told the Universe that I was ready to see and feel the love and divine perfection that I always was, is, and will forever be.

Last summer, right after "My Empowering Miracle" was revealed by my grandmother, I made the decision to have chemotherapy, as part of my healing process. I had to have my heart busted open to humanity. I could no longer run away from my emotions and feelings. I wanted to express and feel them on every level possible. I wanted to be vulnerable and intimate, both with myself and others. My soul presented me with one the best ways possible to do all of that, while also setting an intention to help, heal, inspire, and serve those I came into contact with in the oncologist's office, who were experiencing complete 180's of myself.

I remember sitting in one of the comfy recliners one day and a gentleman named Ben Bernard sat down next to me. We struck up a conversation talking about archangels. I could feel that he was experiencing and suffering from much emotional than physical pain. On the surface, he had Stage IV Colon Cancer. We began chatting, and I felt guided to tell him that he was whole, perfect, and complete just the way he was...that he was healed. He began openly weeping.

He said that I knew how to make people feel loved, how to make people feel special. He added that he would pray for me and have his church group pray for me. I was blessed for those well-wishes. I let grace lead the way in my response. I told him that I was already healed. That my body and soul were simply merging together and that I was just coming out the other end.

Now, you might be reading this and say "John, you were in an oncologist's office. How could you already be truly healed?"

Before Yankee Stadium was constructed, it was a vision in the mind's eye of someone. Then, it turned into an architect's blueprint. Then, it became a reality. The same, in a slightly different way for myself and my healing.

The purpose that God, Spirit, my angels, and Babcia had for me here was quite large. Serving thousands, tens of thousands, millions maybe. The number does not really matter. Some of the visions I was seeing were quite vivid, including myself and my "wife" providing service to humanity in Africa by helping and serving the homeless, the hungry, and the displaced in Africa. The fact that I believe I was chosen to be the vessel of change in my family: to be the vehicle for all future generations of Masiulionis' to choose love instead of fear.

My grandmother, my angels, Spirit, and God did not want me to have 25% health in doing this. Not 50%. Not 75%. Perfect health. I was needed here, in my body, balanced, centered, and grounded, to be able to do the work that I was meant to do.

None of that would be possible if I did not learn the meaning of unconditional love. Those two words may have been introduced to be in the physical realm two springs ago, but I was not ready at that time. As I opened up myself to every possibility and opportunity, as I began to embrace that I was the light and the abundance I had so desperately searched for, and as surrendered everything to the Divine, I began to choose love through a moment-to-moment practice...and unconditional love was instilled in my heart from that moment on.

Thank you Ben. Our "chance meeting" may have only lasted a few minutes, but your impact will be felt for the rest of my life. Namaste.

With all the love I possess, I remain yours God.

Your humble and loving son,
John

Commitment, Power, & Responsibility

Yes...it's true. I was planning on reserving the necessary time one week ago to pen my second blog post here on "My Empowering Miracle." And yes, I am just now "getting around to doing it." Feel free to smile along with me at the title of this very blog post: "Commitment, Power, & Responsibility."

As you evolve on your spiritual journey, including those who do not even realize they are on one, there are things that always "come up" in our daily lives. Whether it be an unexpected errand to take care of, trying to help out a family member or friend navigating through a cumbersome day, the unexpected snowstorm, or a combination of all the above. This coupled with incessantly checking our e-mail, surfing on social media, and other ways we "check out" of the present moment that we are experiencing.

There comes a time in your life where you've reached a crossroads of sorts, one where your soul has had "enough." You are more than enough, you have seen your glimpses of "what's to come," and you feel the energies of so much good coming into your life. But, you wonder and ask yourself, and probably God at the very same time, "Why isn't it here right now?"

You've been trying so hard. You've been keeping the faith. And it seems like so many interesting situations are coming your way all at once, almost leaving you in a spiritual fog of sorts. You aren't going to throw in the towel. You've come so far. You've surrendered. Your Spirit is 111% at peace, but your ego still wants to get you to believe what you were exposed to a lot in your everyday settings at home, school, and work, Those people were, in truth, kind and loving people. They had wonderful intentions. But at the very same time, they may have unconsciously projected their fears unto you. Many of those fears all come back to, in one way or another, the following question: "What if this doesn't work out?"

Here's the response, straight from Spirit: How can you not succeed if what you are doing is part of your soul's purpose, your dharma. How can you not believe, after all this time, that the Universe wouldn't be supporting you? Yes, your "life situation" may have had some interesting twists and turns recently, just as mine has had, but there are blessings that are happening, both in front of you and behind-the-scenes.

The invisible dragon or dragons that have been lying in the subconscious for years, if not decades, have come up to the surface for healing. In order to receive the abundance that one is meant to receive in all of its purest forms, there has to be a releasing of the previous thought process.

By having trust in the inner knowing of your purpose here, you can come face-to-face with some of your biggest fears, look them straight in the eye, and repeat with conviction the immortal words that Sarah Williams (Jennifer Connolly) said to Jareth, the Goblin King (David Bowie) in the Jim Henson cult classic Labyrinth: "You have no power over me."

The ego tries to get us to think that the words "commitment," "power," and "responsibility" are bad words. Come on. Admit it. When you write down one or all three of these words, the initial reaction you may have is something to the effect of "I'm not ready for any or all of this." The ego will keep you hostage in that belief, should you wish to see that as your truth. You will operate from a perspective of "not being ready," "afraid of making the wrong decision," having "too much on your plate," and/or a multitude of of delay tactics that will prevent you from moving forward. There is some truth in the old saying of the only person that gets in your way is yourself.

I can come clean in saying this: I was scared shitless of commitment. I was petrified of power. And I led my life from a space of victim consciousness for most of my life, until recently, where even though I classified myself as a "responsible individual," that in reality, I was not wanting to own the word responsibility and everything that comes with it.

Coming clean and allowing myself to express my vulnerability to all of you: I have had one true girlfriend in my entire life. I clearly remember that the girl whom I was seeing at the time wanted to become intimate on an emotional level after the physical connection. How did I reply? I bailed. I was frightened. I had difficulties in expressing my emotions and feeling my feelings, having suppressed them throughout my childhood, teen, and early adult years, so how could I connect on the deepest level possible with a woman when I could not connect intimately with myself?

I was also fearful of all authority figures in various disguises, whether it be in the forms of my family, my former supervisors, all the way down to one of the co-hosts of my Monday Night Mayhem Radio Show. That's what my ego was wanting me to see and feel. In truth, I was actually afraid of my inner power, and that's how it was manifesting itself in the external realm. How many of us gulp when we even think of just how successful we can be at something. We may have been conditioned to believe that success was always out of our reach, so the mere notion of having a lot of power and using it for the highest and great good is a concept you cannot even fathom on a certain level.

I lived at home until 2012. During those present moments, my life was focused primarily on three things:

  1. My Radio Show, the aforementioned MNM
  2. Wrestling
  3. My job at the time: working in collections
Not God. Not humanity. Not my family. Not even nurturing my own inner child.

I was pushed forward by the Universe, in the midst of the Dark Knight of the Soul, to move out and begin my new life...at the age of 30.

Feel free to respond or react however you wish. I no longer judge myself on any of this, individually or collectively, as I release the need to beat up the pure divine spark of love that I am and will always be. I have put out the intention of forgiveness for any person or event that I felt hurt me in any way, for all generations and lifetimes, while also knowing that everything happened in perfect divine order. All happened then as it should...just as that is the case right now.

For the past 2+ years, I have been seeing my own family in my mind's eye, the one that I am co-creating with God, coming closer and closer to me. Several months ago, my son's name was downloaded during meditation. I was seeing more profound visions of living in California (San Diego and Los Angeles), traveling all around the world (with specific destinations of Okinawa, Prague, Africa, Hawaii, and Paris even showing themselves), speaking, teaching, the release of my book, and helping, healing, inspiring, and serving humanity in ways that I cannot even describe.

The energy that was being shown to me, that I was feeling in every pore and cell of my being, told me that I was going to be having many commitments and responsibilities, in addition to tapping into power within me that I had no idea was present. On the surface, any person would want to run away from that. I used to think that way. On one's awakening, you come to acceptance with the fact that you cannot go back. You cannot run from your genius. You cannot run away from your love. You cannot run away from what God, your angels, and the Universe have planned for you. I was starting to realize more and more than my soul was telling me that I was ready.

Many of us lightworkers and empaths have at one point (or many) told the Universe those exact words, "I'm ready," thinking that everything is magically going to happen like a spiritual fairy tale, that Archangel Michael would deliver a heavenly golden ticket, and soon you would be experiencing a soulful version of Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. If only it would be THAT easy.

It involves putting out energy of love. It involves dedication. It involves believing in yourself and trusting the Divine. It means operating your life knowing that your wishes have already been fulfilled. And that's not just a Wayne Dyer-ism. It means being willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen in the world of form, while simultaneously letting God and divine timing do their part. And yes, it means dwelling in gratitude and humility while your moving is unfolding, frame-by-frame.

I have out an intention to the Universe, for the first time in my entire life (at least this lifetime anyway), that I am taking responsibility for all of my actions, for all of my decisions, for everything, and I will continue to navigate my time here on Earth School coming from that space.

The parable in the Bible best explains what I'm trying to convey, a beautiful image that has been one of the biggest life lesson I have learned this year to date: "Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime."

You can without a doubt rely on God to co-create your journey with you. But, the only person that you can rely on is yourself. Healing and success are all a matter of turning inward. You can have the best intuitive healer, spiritual teacher, life coach, therapist, and/or all of the above on your team. You can have have people feeding your ego, whether it enabling you financially, emotionally, physically, and/or even spiritually. At the end of the day, you don't see those people in the mirror. Any of them. The only reflection that you see is yourself.

Something within me, a force, if you will, was showing me that there were just a sprinkling of remaining lessons to be learned on this leg of my journey, very important ones, which would allow that very abundance that has been trying to come into my life (that I actually blocking through my own self-perceived limitations, fears, and doubts) to flow into me, to attach to my DNA, and transform my being and my life to something that can only be described as if you merged the life of a prince or knight, with your favorite Disney character, with a helping of spiritual magic. And that once I learned the lessons, the abundance would be cascading, like a waterfall, into my life. Welcome to the New Moon in the sign of Aquarius, the water bearer.

CPR is what saves your life if you stop breathing or if your heart stops beating. I am not giving up, nor do I plan to...ever. Most people give up right before their miracle happens. Not me. It's not a coincidence that the first letters of "commitment," "power," and "responsibility" are C, P, and R. "Insert your humor here" was even scripted out by God and Spirit.

So yes Universe, I am no longer afraid of CPR. I am now circulating new energy into my life and breathing new life into my soul. I still surrender the rest to you, but I have a pretty good feeling (complete with a smile on my face from ear-to-ear as I press "publish" on this blog post), that my dreams are now closer than ever before. In truth, they are already here. They are my reality.

Ahhh yes, the Aha! Moments that come to you during a surrender are truly life-changing. Just don't forget to breathe along the way and remember your CPR. Your commitment. Your power. And your responsibility.

With all the love I possess, I remain yours God.

Your humble and loving son,
John
